Welcome to Printifique Studios Limited ("Printifique," "we," "us," or "our"). We are a New Zealand-owned garment printing business specializing in high-quality custom apparel printing. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") outline the terms governing your relationship with Printifique Studios Limited as a customer ("you" or "your"). By placing an order or engaging with our services, you agree to abide by the following terms.Please refer to the final section, 'Changes to Terms of Service', for information on how we may update these Terms.Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

In this Agreement, the following terms have the respective meanings:

• "Products": Garments, apparel, or other items provided by Printifique Studios Limited for printing or sale.
• "Services": Garment printing services, custom design services, and other related services offered by Printifique Studios Limited.
• "Order": A request made by you for the purchase of Products or Services.
• "Designs": Any artwork, logos, images, or designs provided by you for printing.
• "Price": The total amount payable by you for the Products or Services, as determined by us.

 

Online Store Terms:

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You agree not to use our Products or Services for any unlawful, unauthorized, or prohibited purpose, including any use that violates applicable intellectual property or copyright laws.

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

At Printifique Studios Limited, we offer a broad selection of garments for custom printing. Our collection includes t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, polo shirts, and other apparel. We ensure we work with suppliers whose Products are made from high-quality fabrics to guarantee comfort, durability, and an optimal surface for printing. Our Products come in a variety of sizes, styles, and colours to meet your preferences.We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

 

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

• Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete order details, including product specifications, quantities, and artwork. Any errors may affect your order’s outcome.
• Artwork Approval: You confirm that you’ve reviewed and approved the submitted artwork. Printifique Studios Limited is not responsible for any errors or design flaws once the artwork is approved.
• Production Timeline: We will make every effort to meet estimated delivery times. However, external factors may cause delays. Any significant changes will be communicated promptly. Standard production time is 3–7 business days from the date of order and payment confirmation. Shipping times are additional and vary by destination.
• Order Modifications: After an order is placed, any changes or cancellations may incur additional fees. Contact customer service as soon as possible for assistance.

 

By proceeding with the order and payment, you accept these terms. 

All prices listed on our website or provided in quotes are in New Zealand dollars (NZD), unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change, but once an order is confirmed and a quote issued, the price will remain valid as per the terms of the quote.

• Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit/debit cards and secure online options. Available payment methods will be shared during the ordering process.
• Payment Confirmation: Full payment is required before processing your order. We will proceed once payment is confirmed.
• Overdue Payments: In the event of overdue or failed payments, we may suspend or cancel your order until outstanding balances are resolved. Late payment fees or collection costs may apply.

 

Taxes:

• GST: All prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 15%, unless otherwise stated.
• International Orders: For orders outside New Zealand, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country’s authorities. These charges are separate from our prices and shipping fees.

Please review pricing, payment terms, and taxes carefully before proceeding. 

Returns & Refunds:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 14 days of receipt. We may request photographic evidence for assessment. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.
• Non-Defective Products: Due to the customized nature of our Products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-defective items. Please double-check your artwork and order details before submitting.

 

Cancellations:

• Order Cancellations: You may cancel an order before production begins. Depending on the timing, cancellations may be eligible for a refund. Orders already in production or shipped cannot be cancelled.

 

Liability:
Printifique Studios Limited is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Products or Services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected Product or Service.

Warranty:
While we strive for the highest quality, we do not warrant or guarantee the suitability of our Products for specific purposes or their compatibility with third-party materials or equipment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Printifique Studios Limited disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. 

You warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and submit any artwork provided, and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. You retain full intellectual property rights to the artwork and designs you provide. By submitting artwork, you grant Printifique Studios Limited a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and modify the artwork solely for fulfilling your order.

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Printifique Studios Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. The use of any content from the Website for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.

The trademarks and logos used on the Website are the property of their respective owners. No rights to these marks are granted by this Agreement.

If you believe that any content on the Website infringes on your copyright, please contact us at hello@printifiquestudios.co.nz. We will investigate and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the infringing content. 

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us, you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e‑mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

Printifique Studios Limited values your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law or for order fulfilment purposes.

Mediation & Arbitration:
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand (AMINZ).
 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Products or Services at any time, without notice, for any reason. 

Printifique Studios Limited shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, acts of war or terrorism, governmental actions, or failures of suppliers, transportation, or telecommunications.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.

Miscellaneous Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms represent the complete understanding between you and Printifique Studios Limited regarding our Products and Services, superseding any prior agreements.
• Severability: If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
