Return & Exchange Policy

We’re SO excited for you to love your custom creations as much as we do! However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s everything you need to know about returns and exchanges.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for faulty or damaged items, or if there’s an issue with the print. If something’s not quite right, no worries! You’ve got 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you'd like to return or exchange something, simply follow these easy steps:

  1. Shoot us an email at hello@printifiquestudios.co.nz with:
    • Your order number
    • Let us know if it’s a return or an exchange
    • The item you’d like to return or exchange
    • The reason for the return/exchange
    • A quick pic showing the fault or damage
  2. Once we get your email, we’ll check it out. If it fits our return policy, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. (Note: you may need to send the item back to us at your own cost).

If your refund is approved, we’ll pop it right back onto your original payment method!

What We Don’t Accept Returns or Exchanges For

We’re all about honesty, so here’s the rundown on what we can’t accept:

  • Change of mind (we get it, sometimes you’re just not feeling it)
  • Errors in approved proofs (so make sure you double-check that design!)
  • Stock delays – Since we don’t stock everything listed on our website, sometimes items might be out of stock with our suppliers. If this happens, we’ll let you know the very next business day and offer alternatives or a full refund for any out-of-stock items.
  • Wrong garment size – All items are custom printed to order, so we can’t accept returns for sizing issues. Please check the sizing details on each product page to make sure it’s the perfect fit for you!
  • Colour differences – The colours on your screen might look a little different from the printed product. This is normal because screens use light, and fabrics absorb it differently. Neon and bright colours may especially look different once printed.
